1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and eetbuzz ("eetbuzz", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the eetbuzz platform, including the website at eetbuzz.net, the eetbuzz mobile application, and all associated services.

eetbuzz operates as an online sports betting and casino gaming platform primarily serving players in Bangladesh. All services offered by eetbuzz are subject to these Terms, along with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Eligibility

To register and use eetbuzz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets on eetbuzz.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of eetbuzz or any of its affiliated companies.

eetbuzz reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, eetbuzz may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

By registering on eetbuzz, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on eetbuzz. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. eetbuzz uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without notice.

When registering on eetbuzz, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password — secure and confidential. eetbuzz will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

If you suspect that your eetbuzz account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify eetbuzz support immediately at [email protected]. eetbuzz will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account while the investigation is ongoing.

• You may not transfer your eetbuzz account to another person.
• You may not sell, rent, or otherwise commercialise access to your eetbuzz account.
• eetbuzz reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable regulations.

4 Deposits and Payments

eetbuzz accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash and Nagad. All transactions on eetbuzz are processed in BDT and there is no currency conversion fee applied to deposits made through supported payment methods.

Deposits are credited to your eetbuzz account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. eetbuzz is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network issues outside of eetbuzz's control.

• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your eetbuzz account.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name.
• eetbuzz reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used on the platform.
• Deposits made using payment methods belonging to a third party will be reversed and the account may be suspended.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the eetbuzz wallet section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.

eetbuzz aims to process withdrawal requests within minutes for verified accounts. However, eetbuzz reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before releasing funds, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or accounts that have not previously completed identity verification.

• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if your account has pending verification documents.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• eetbuzz reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown in the wallet section of your account.

If a withdrawal is declined or delayed, eetbuzz support will notify you by email or live chat with the reason and any steps required to resolve the issue. eetbuzz is committed to processing legitimate withdrawal requests as quickly as possible.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

eetbuzz offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus on eetbuzz, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates vary by promotion and are stated clearly in each offer's terms.
• eetbuzz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Betting Rules

In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game or sport rules, the specific rules take precedence.

eetbuzz reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, an obvious pricing error, or where the outcome of an event was already known at the time the bet was placed. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your eetbuzz account balance.

• Bets are final once confirmed. eetbuzz does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of clear system error.
• eetbuzz reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any market at its discretion.
• In-play bets are subject to the live odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Delays in internet connectivity may affect the odds at which your bet is accepted.
• eetbuzz is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player, including incorrect selections or stake amounts.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on eetbuzz and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the eetbuzz platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using eetbuzz to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's eetbuzz account without authorisation.
• Placing bets with inside knowledge of an event's outcome that is not publicly available.

eetbuzz employs fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. If your account is flagged for investigation, eetbuzz may temporarily restrict your ability to withdraw funds while the investigation is ongoing. eetbuzz will notify you of any such restriction and the steps required to resolve it.

10 Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any eetbuzz content without prior written permission from eetbuzz. Unauthorised use of eetbuzz intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eetbuzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

eetbuzz does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. eetbuzz will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

• eetbuzz is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• eetbuzz is not responsible for third-party payment provider delays or failures.
• In all cases, eetbuzz's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

eetbuzz reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, eetbuzz will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice.
